Those who are not sworn to an Elemental Court are called the Courtless. They don’t have any powers bestowed by an element, but they are still valued for their personal resolve.

Starting Abilities
Courtless vikings start with these abilities for free.
Void Channeling
Whenever you would use an ability with an Element, that Element is “Void”.
Unaligned Spirit
You may count as any court when determining costs, such as when Resurrected.
Cantrip Effects
Cantrip effects may only be delivered by using abilities which state that they deliver a Cantrip Effect.

Spell Effects
You may only deliver Spell effects with abilities which specifically allow you to do so.
- “Void Severance”
- “Void Banish”
Favored Biomes
While your Explore Token is on a hex representing one of the following biomes, if your Explore Action fails to uncover anything, receive a hint as to the location of nearby Crafting Materials.

These social traits are optional suggestions.
Indecisive
